One Man, Two Dogs, No Idea
Made my way into work via the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal.
I walked as far as Jarvis Way (just after going under the warehouse) before continuing with a Run / Walk trot into work ( 3 min Run / 2 min Walk ).
Feeling good – getting into the swing
